A. Definitions

B. Account Terms

  • Users must provide a valid email, username, and password.
  • You must be a human (not a bot). Machine accounts must be properly attributed.
  • One person or entity may only create one free personal account.
  • You are responsible for the security and activity on your account.

C. Acceptable Use

  • Your use must comply with applicable laws and copyright rules.
  • Do not upload or share illegal, obscene, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content.
  • Scraping is prohibited unless you are a legitimate search engine.
  • Misuse of personal data is prohibited.
  • Unregistered users are limited to 1 download every 24 hours. Registered users have no limits unless abnormal download behavior is detected.

D. User-Generated Content

  • You are responsible for your uploaded content and must own or have rights to it.
  • We may remove content that violates our policies.
  • By uploading, you allow others to use your content for personal use only.
  • Commercial use of content is strictly prohibited.

What is NOT allowed under the Personal Use License:

  • Using content for profit, business promotion, resale, or commercial publication.
  • Including content in apps, printed ads, or print-on-demand services.
  • Using content in trademarks or copyrighted brand materials.

E. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Policy

  • If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at admin@dailypng.com.
  • Submit a DMCA-compliant request with proof of ownership and location of the material.
  • We remove infringing content and may suspend repeat infringers.

F. Account Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time. Accounts can be restored later.
  • DailyPNG may terminate your account without notice if you violate our terms.

G. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • DailyPNG provides all services “as is.” We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or security.
  • You use our services at your own risk.

H. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to your use of our services.
  • This includes data loss, profit loss, account issues, or user disputes.

I. Release & Indemnification

  • By using DailyPNG, you agree to release us from any disputes with other users.
  • You agree to defend and indemnify DailyPNG from claims related to your account or content.
